Hello Everyone,

I forgot to mention a time for Wednesday's lake swim.  We are gong to aim for meeting at First Beach at 8:45 am and from there we will head over to 3rd Beach.  

I also wanted to let everyone know, that the coaches have a league meeting to attend Thursday night, therefore practice is canceled this Thursday.

Finally, If planning on attending Trials, please be sure to register and choose your events ASAP.
